Gary joined Boulter Mossman in February 2024, having accumulated over 35 years’ experience in the industry including NHBC Building Inspector and Construction Quality Analyst positions for new build residential and commercial developments and Clerk of Works roles.

Gary specialises in residential development, including small and large scale new build, high-rise apartment blocks and refurbishment projects. Gary has considerable experience in the monitoring of quality workmanship and compliance, liaising with Clients and Contractors to ensure high-standard delivery of successful projects.
