Richard joined Boulter Mossman in May 2023, further strengthening the Clerk of Works team. Richard has over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry, most recently in Senior Site Manager and Project Manager roles.

Boulter Mossman has previously worked with Richard on two complex schemes, where he held the Site Manager position. He left a lasting impression with his construction knowledge, organisation and attention to detail, so we are delighted to have Richard join the team.
